By booking services or purchasing digital products through Captivation Coaching, you agree to the following terms:
Services:
Captivation Coaching provides educational, coaching, and nervous-system-support-focused services intended for personal growth and wellness support. Services are not medical, or clinical psychological treatment.
Payment:
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.
Sessions cancelled within less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full session amount.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
Personal Responsibility
Clients remain fully responsible for their own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing, choices, and outcomes.
