Frequently Asked Questions

  • For women who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start, I offer a 60-minute session designed to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and identify a clear next step.

For those looking for deeper support, I offer 90-minute integration sessions and 4-hour intensives. These sessions allow us to look more closely at the patterns, stress responses, and underlying dynamics that are driving what you’re experiencing, and begin working through them in a more focused way.

I also offer small group experiences, workshops, and speaking engagements that focus on burnout, emotional resilience, relationships, and nervous system awareness.

Each option is designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward in a way that feels clear, grounded, and manageable.

Upon special request or when required, full body-based sessions are available including: Access Consciousness Bars and Light Touch Nervous System Calming

  • If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, more reactive than you used to, or like something is off but you can’t fully explain why, this work is likely a good fit for you.

Most of the women I work with are functioning in their day-to-day lives. They are managing responsibilities, showing up for others, and continuing to move forward, but feel exhausted, frustrated, or disconnected underneath. They’re often looking for a deeper understanding of what’s happening and support in moving through it in a more grounded and sustainable way.

This work is not designed for those in acute or extreme crisis. In those situations, clinical or therapeutic support is the most appropriate and important first step.

If you’re in a place where you’re ready to better understand your patterns, your stress responses, and what’s driving how you’re feeling, this is a space where that work can happen.

  • What makes my work different is that I don’t focus on just one part of what you’re experiencing.

Many approaches focus on thinking, behaviour, or emotional expression on their own. While each of those can be helpful, they often leave something unaddressed. That’s why many women find themselves understanding what’s happening, but still feeling stuck in the same patterns.

My approach looks at the full picture. I consider how your nervous system is responding, how your life experiences have shaped your patterns, and how you process and express emotion, all within the context of your personal and spiritual grounding.

This allows us to work with what is actually driving your reactions, rather than trying to manage them from the surface.

The goal isn’t to push you to do more or fix everything at once. It’s to help you understand what’s happening in a way that allows your responses to become more steady, your decisions more clear, and the changes you make more likely to hold.

  • Working together is structured, but not rigid. It’s a space where you can talk openly about what you’re experiencing while also gaining a clear understanding of what is actually driving it.

Our sessions are not about endlessly revisiting what’s going wrong, and they’re not about quick fixes. We focus on helping you make sense of your patterns, your stress responses, and the situations you’re navigating so you can begin responding differently without adding more pressure to yourself.

I will ask questions, offer perspective, and help you connect pieces that may not have made sense before. At the same time, you are never pushed beyond what feels manageable. The pace is guided by what you’re ready to look at and work through.

Many women leave sessions feeling more clear, more grounded, and more steady than when they came in, not because everything has been solved, but because they finally understand what’s happening and what to do next.

  • Getting started is simple.

If you’re not sure where to begin, the best place to start is with a 60-minute session. This gives you the opportunity to talk through what you’re experiencing, begin making sense of it, and identify a clear next step without feeling overwhelmed.

If you already know you’re ready for deeper work, you can book a 90-minute session or a 4-hour intensive. These options allow us to go further into the patterns, stress responses, and underlying dynamics that are driving what you’re experiencing.

You can book directly through the website using the scheduling links, or reach out through the contact page if you have questions before booking.
